Hay una feria del sector de la construcción dentro de un mes, y todas las constructoras quieren llevar sus flamantes proyectos para lucirse. Así que estamos echando todas las horas habidas y por haber. Solo espero que sea algo temporal y poder disfrutar demi tiempo libre como es debido.
Despues de este mes, tendremos una semana de vacaciones, por nuestro esfuerzo. Y ya tengo previstas varias actividades interesantes que no quiero dejar pasar. Como es por ejemplo snowboard, submarinismo, safari por el desierto, y salto en paracaidas. Aunque no se si me dará tiempo a todas, quizás haya que dejar el submarinismo para otra ocasión ^^
Pero todo eso para proximos post, ahora hablaré de lo que ya he vivido... Aunque tendré que dejar el post sobre los precios para el proximo post me temo, ya que no he podido recojer toda la información que querría, para contaros los diferentes precios con exactitud.

Como ya os he contado en el anterior post yo creo, y si no os lo cuento ahora, aquí el fin de semana es viernes/sabado. Por desgracia para mi, solo he tenido libre el viernes, por lo que antes comenté. Tenía planeado ir a la playa por la mañana y a hacer snowboard por la tarde. Pero para lo segundo hace falta pedir cita previa, ya que al no haberlo hecho antes necesitas dar algunas clases. Por mi me subiría en la tabla y me lanzaría, pero me han insistido en que las clases son importantes; que ganas de hacer las cosas faciles...
En que ciudad se puede ir a la playa por la mañana, a esquiar por la tarde, y a cenar al desierto y ver la danza del vientre por la noche?
Al final solo pude ir a la playa. Fuí a la que está junto al hotel Burj Al Arab, así podía matar dos pajaros de un tiro. El taxi nos dejó en la puerta, bueno mas bién en la entrada que hay unos metros mas hayá de la puerta. Para acceder al interior hay que pagar, creo ques es algo asi como 50€ entrar al hall para tomarte una cerveza; y además no se pueden sacar fotos, así que otra vez será.Despues fuimos andando hasta la playa, que estaba a unos 300m (nota: evitar andar en Dubai siempre que sea posible, con ese calor casi me meto con ropa al llegar ala playa xD). En la playa no había mucha gente, creo que es porque aún estamos en Ramadán.
Las playas de Dubai tienen buena fama, y las hay publicas y de pago, aunque las de pago cuestan algo asi como 1€ y en ellas tienes amacas, sombrillas, socorristas, chiringuitos y demas... aunque estas cierran a las 18 (nota: aquí a las 18:30 ya es completamente de noche)

Hace ya unos días fuí con mi compañero Leo (brasileño) a estos dos sitios. Tenía mucha ilusiones con el primero, el mercado del pescado, aunque en general fue una gran decepción. Me esperaba algo mas grande, y con mas variedad; esperaba encontrar buen marisco y a mejor precio, y solo tenian pescado; a quién se le ocurre? La verdad es que para la poca variedad que había no era tan pequeño, eso si, el olor ya os lo imaginais... y nada de marisco, y ni un misero pulpo! :(
Bueno, dejaré de lado lo del marisco xD. En general no me dió muy buenas vibraciones, creo que me lo pensaría dos veces antes de comprar mi pescado (si comiese pescado) en ese sitio; puede que sea mas fresco, pero prefiero el limpito y bien presentadito del carrefour.
Junto al mercado del pescado, y sin nada que lo separase, por lo que mantenia el mismo olor, habia diferentes puestos con frutas,verduras, especias y el de los datiles que os muestro en la foto. Jamas había visto tanta variedad de especias, datiles y este tipo de cosas como en Dubai; sin ir mas lejos en el carrefour tienes una muy amplia gama donde elejir.

Este mercado no es otra cosa que un monton de tiendas, unas mas pequeñas y otras mas grandes, todas juntitas en diversas calles. Aquí el oro esta muy barato, aunque hay que regatear con el dependiente si se quiere conseguir un buen precio. Tengo entendido que se vende directamente al peso, sin importar lo elaborada que sea la pieza en sí. No nos paramos demasiado, debido al calor, y a que no tengo mucho interes en el oro. Así que decidimos continuar la visita en otro momento, y corrimos a coger un taxi para ir en busca del pulpo que no pudimos comprar en el mercado del pescado.

Fuimos a "Sea World", pero resulta que no era ningun mercado donde comprar, sino un conjunto de restaurantes. No pude ver el precio de los diferentes platos, pero me quede con su ubicación para ir a cenar cuando obligue a invitarme a alguna de mis visitas.
Así que al final acabamos en el carrefour, que es donde te aseguras que lo vas a encontrar todo... (Sí, me llevo comisión por publicidad) Compramos 2kg de pulpo, por algo asi como 14€ (confirmare el precio en mi proximo post). Volvimos a casa y les cocine a mis compañeros pulpo a la gallega y pulpo a la vinagreta. Parece que quedaron contentos, ya tengo mas encargos para proximas comidas :)
La mayoria de la gente simplemente encarga la comida, hay como 200 sitios que sirven a domicilio (y a buen precio), incluidos mcdonals y burguerking. Puedes pedir comida india, turca, arabe, china, japonesa, italiana, o lo que imagines para entrega a domicilio. Solemos encargar algo para comer en la oficina, aunque cuando puedo intento cocinar y traermelo en un taper. Hemos encargado comida china, con los mismos platos típicos que vemos en España, pero mejor sabor, y no te deja hecho polvo despues de comer (creo que tiene relación con el hecho de que no haya gatos en la ciudad, así que tendran que tirar de otra cosa, camellos quizás). Hemos encargado también pizzas por 4€, o hasta chuletas de cordero con patatas y ensalada por 9€ (sin duda no se pueden comparar con las de España)
Siento no tener tiempo para contar mas cosas, pero espero que sigais visitando el blog, porque aún hay muchas por contar! (prometo prepararme mas los post dentro de un mes, cuando tenga mas tiempo libre)

Here we have me again. Ready for writte a lot of more paragraphs about Dubai.
Although I hadn´t too much free time, so I couldn´t go out and discover what more things has this city for me.
There are a constructors fair in a month, and al companies want to bring their impressive projects to be brilliant. So we are working all the hours of the day. I only hope that this will be something temporary and can ejoy my free time.
After this month, we will have a vancances week, because our effort. And I have planned few interesting activities, like for example snowboard, diving, desert safari, and jump at parachute. Although I don´t know if I will have time for do all, maybe I will have that let diving for another time ^^
But all this things for next posts, now I will talk about that I lived yet... But I must let the prices post for next one, because I didn´t can get all the information that I wanted, to tell you the differents prices exactly.
How I said yet in the last post I think, and if not I tell you now, here the weekend is friday/saturday. But I only had the friday free. I had planned go to he beach at morning and make snowboard at aftermoon. But for the second one is necessary to request previous date, because if it´s your first time you need some classes. I wanted to go without that, but people said me that the classes are important, what desire to make it easy...
In what city can you go to the beach at morning, to ski at aftermoon, and to dinner and see belly´s dance at evening?
Finally I only went to the beach. I went to the one that is near the hotel Burj Al Arab, for make two things at same time. The taxi stopped near the door. To access into you must to pay, something like 50€ for enter to the hall and drink a beer; but you can´t take photos into the hotel, so... maybe other time.
After that we went walking to he beach, at 300m (note: never walk in Dubai if it´s possible, with this hot I was near enter with cloth directly into the beach xD). On the beach there aren´t too much people, I think because we are in Ramadán now.
Dubai´s beachs have good fame, and there are publics and privates, although the privates one cost some like 1€ and in them there are parasol, charis, first aids, etc... but they close at 18 (note: here at 18:30 is completly night).
I must to go to more beachs before make a good evaluation. This was a little small, but it´s not too bad. It´s really more cleaning that spanish ones, with a thing and white sand, and a cristalline waters with a beautyfull green tones. How I said yet there are foreigners womens at bikini at beach, I corroborate it. I listened that is prohibited to swim!, I listened yet so stupid prohibited things that I don´t know what belive and what dont. I forgor my glasses to swim but the next day I will swim and I will tell you if someone say me anything.
In other order of things, and how I promised the last week, I will talk about my visit to the fish and gold market.
A few days ago I went with my companion Leo (from Brasil) to both places. I had a lot of desires with the first one, fish market, but in general was a deception. I wish something bigger, and with more variety; I wish to find good seafood and better cost, and they only had fish, who could wait that? The truth is that wasn´t so small for that variety, but you can imagine the scent... and nothing of seafood, and any octopus! :(
Well, let the seafood in peace xD. In general don´t give good vibrations, I think that I will think two times before buy my fish (if I will eat fish) on that place; could be that it´s more fresh, but I preffer the cleaning and nice look one of carrefour.
Near the fish market, without separation, so with same scent, there was differents tents with fruits, vegetables, spicies and the one with the dates from the photo. I never seen before this variety of spicies, dates and all this kind of things like in dubai; in carrefour for example you can find a good variety of this things to choose.
After saw that that there we couldn´t do too much, we went walking to the gold market, the "Golden Souk". I went deceived by the dark Leo, who didn´t tell me that was far away, not too much for another city, only 10minutes walking, but that´s an eternity at Dubai, where walk with this hot is a hell.
This market is only a lot of shops together in a few streets, some small ones and others big ones. Here the gold is very cheap, although you need to haggle to get a good price. I think that they sell it at weight, without give importance to the difficult of the piece. We didn´t stop too much because the hot and beacuse I haven´t too much interest on gold. We decided to continue that visist in other time, and we run to take a taxi to go to buy the octopus that we didn´t can buy at fish market.
We sent to "Sea World", but there weren´t any market to buy, only a few seafood reastaurants. I didn´t see the cost of the differents plates, but I will remember the place for go when someone visist me.
So finally we finished at carrefour, that is where you are asure that can find all... (yes, they pay me for this publicity) We buyed 2kg of octopus, some like 14€ (I will confirm this price in my next post). We came back to home and I cooked "octopus to the gallega" and "octopus to the vinagreta" (haha). I think that they were happy with the ressult, and I have more orders for next lunchs :)
The most of people ask for delevery the food, there are like 200 places that delevery (and with good prices), even mcdonals and burquerking. You can ask indian food, turk, arabian, chinesse, japanesse, italian, or all you could imagine to delevery. We often ask for something to the office, but I try to cook at home and then bring to the office. We asked chinesse food, with the same plates than in Spain, but with best flavor, and you dont feel bad after eat it (I think that has relation with that in Dubai there arent cats, and they must to take another animals, maybe camel) We asked too pizzas at 4€, or even lamb chops with fries and salad at 9€ (really better in Spain)
I´m sorry but I havent more time to tell you more things, but I hope that you continue visisting my blog, because there are a lot of things to tell! (I promise to prepare better my post in a month, when I will have more free time)
